Connecting with others is at the heart of human nature. It's what make our lives livable and our bodies healthy. But human relationships are -and especially in contemporary times- far from simple. Communication therefore plays a main role in easing relationships and making them fulfilling experiences. And because there is never a one-size-fits-all approach, I integrate diverse therapeutic approaches into my work with clients. But the first goal in my practice is to create a safe space where the upbuilding of trust can be achieved. It's only then that a journey to restore our full capacities to enjoy life will ensue.
